There is something powerful that happens when people come together for a common intention, such as group meditation. In this class, Crystal will guide us through various types of meditation to bring balance to the body, mind, and spirit. This class is open to all levels of awareness, including beginners.
1st Tuesday: Breathing Practice
2nd Tuesday: Energy Healing
3rd Tuesday: Insight Meditation
4th Tuesday: Sound Healing
Energy healing, Meditation, and Self-reflection are amazing ways of empowering yourself, and practicing moving your awareness to what you WANT TO focus on. We start by focusing on the present moment, on the breath in our body that exists only in the present moment. We practice releasing whatever we no longer need. We practice releasing deep-seated emotions and healing past trauma. We practice refilling our chi and opening our hearts. We practice Love, Balance, Harmony, and Bliss.
