Free Community Offering

We will share this space with the common intention of practicing self-awareness. This is a safe and quiet place, full of Love and Light, for you to meditate and use the tools you have learned to better see yourself. This is space is held as a sacred container for your inner journey into your Self, exploring your Universe within. Come to practice grounding in the present moment, connecting to your Higher Self, or embodying Love and compassion.

Whether you are curious about meditation are a seasoned pro, this space is open for you; Open to all levels. Open from 11AM to 1PM on Thursdays. Drop in for a few minutes, on your lunch break, or stay the whole time.

In the Buddhist spirit of generosity, Dāna, this event is freely offered as my contribution of time, energy, and space for our community.
