4th: Imagine Angel Wings

A great way to balance your heart chakra is to imagine that you have angel wings. These wings are big and beautiful and collect light and love from everywhere around you! They attach between your shoulder blades and transfer this radiance into the back of your heart chakra.

This visualization is particularly useful for energizing yourself when you are outside in the sun during the day, or calming yourself in the moonlight at night. But even in a dark room, there is infinite love and light you can tap into and absorb with your angel wings!

The great thing about any visualization is you can do it anywhere at any time, even around lots of other people! Unlike mantras or sitting meditations, you could be standing in line at your favorite coffee shop and use this technique without anyone suspecting a thing! Maybe you are cuddling with your kitty cat and don’t want to disturb him… or you are climbing a mountain and want a little extra help breathing. Our heart chakra is the center of our energy system, and it can use all of the love and light we have to give it!

It is common for sensitive people, or empaths like yourself, to leak your heart energy to everyone around you.
