Doesn’t a warm bath sound wonderful!?!?

One of the best ways (and my personal favorite) to balance your first chakra is to have a bath! The soothing water and the heat energy help you connect to your second chakra and access your true emotions. What better place than a bathtub to reflect “What am I really feeling?”

Having a bath also helps the largest organ of our body, the skin, to detox. Soaking in the warm water, especially if you add Epsom salt or baking soda, can help your skin release toxins and heavy metals. Meanwhile, some of the minerals that you body needs are absorbed from the water. Magnesium salt can relieve achey muscles and help damaged tissues recover faster.

The energy of the water can cleanse your aura! Warm water is very high vibration and helps dissolve stagnant energy. Water is also a great transmitter of energy, so it is easiest for us to communicate with our spirit guides, angels, or unicorns when we surround ourselves with water. Or for them to communicate with us! Have you noticed that many guided meditations take you to a water source?
