“What is the different between living in the heart and living in the head? What does it mean to be heart-centered? How do we learn to trust the heart”
Now that we know how to be self-aware, and how to change our focal point to within ourselves, in this workshop we will learn and practice how to move our awareness to our heart. The heart is the center of our energy system, and is connected to every part of ourselves. By bringing our awareness to the heart, we can practice love and balance in all aspects of our lives.
This is a non-movement based class for all levels of awareness.
Crystal is a heart-centered energy healer, working with Divine Love and Light and Reiki. She specializes in Ascension, Enlightenment, and the Expansion of Consciousness.
