Healing Your Body

Healing your body, your vessel that is required for your physical existence in this realm, begins with three parts:

  1. Your Self-Awareness -> Connecting with Your Body

  2. The Present Moment -> Who, What, and Where You Are

  3. Your Energy System -> Balancing Your Chakras

The health of our body is a lifelong process, where even from before we are born we grow and rebuild our body. Thankfully, if we can balance the awareness of our body with self-love (the mind) and higher consciousness (the spirit) we can have a happy and healthy life.

Your self-awareness is the first step in healing your body. Self-awareness is the step before discovering that you have healing to do and what needs to be healed. Our physical body is our temple, and without getting to know it how do we know what it needs? The more conscious we are of our bodies needs the easier it is to stay healthy, maintain energy, and find our joys and passions in life.

My guides tell me that about 3% of the people on Earth have already healed or no longer need healing. (If you are one of those special individuals, congratulations! Maybe you are here to help others heal, or to work on expanding awareness and consciousness! Exciting!)

If you are one of the 97% who has some sort of healing to do: physical, emotion, mental, spiritual, etc… then your path starts with getting to know yourself, your body! You must desire to learn your body, to connect with your temple! This can be the biggest step, as our ego often gets the better of us and society mostly trains us to be robots to compute and analyze. When is the last time your coworker or boss said, “Joe, I need you to sit and meditate for a while”? It’s healthy to get out of your head and connect with yourself.

Being aware of your own body, and its needs, is like a muscle that requires exercise and strengthening, and it builds over time. Some people are naturally very sensitive and have a head start in this process. Other people are very out-of-body, thinkers and analyzers… Which one do you relate with? Being in the present moment is easy to do for a few seconds at a time, but it can take training to stay in-the-moment for longer. This is where regular meditation comes in. Thankfully there are a millions of different methods and forms of meditation, such as yoga, breathing, zen, and mindfulness. Many of them can be added into daily tasks and become a habit over time. You can check out my Mindful by Crystal channel at YouTube to get weekly tips on how to sneak some of these meditations into your everyday schedule. The first one is about meditating while you eat!

The third part of the Body Path, is to learn your energy system and chakras. This electromagnetic side of our physical bodies is often overlooked because most people cannot see it or feel it. With training anyone can see, feel, sense, use their energy! How do you know which chakra is fast or slow, or where do your need to focus your awareness? You can start by reading books or blogs about chakras and subtle energy, or learning tips from Pinterest boards, or exploring your own energy system through meditation.

Another way to learn more about your energy is through community. When I started to feel/sense energy I would question whether my readings were accurate, so I had a friend that could also read energy to double check that my reading was correct. This gave me confidence and confirmation in my abilities which allowed these skills to thrive. To summarize, self-awareness is the first step towards healing your body. Being in the present moment can give you more clues to what your body needs and how to maintain it. Remember to pay attention to your chakras and energy system, even though you cannot see them they are an integral part to your health!
